Lo Mein Without Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  • Preparation Time: 3 hours
  • 1 lb lo mein noodles
  • 1/3 pound beef
  • 1/2 tsp wine
  • 1 tbsp. light soy
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • sprinkle pepper
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • dashes sesame oil
  • 1 tbs. cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp. dark soy
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 lb. Soft Lo Mein Noodles
  2. cook in boiling water for 1 min., rinse and drain
  3. 1/3 lb. beef shredded and marinated for 3 hours:
  4. 1/2 tsp. wine
  5. 1 tbsp. light soy
  6. 1/2 tsp. sugar
  7. Sprinkle pepper
  8. 1 tsp. cornstarch
  9. Dashes sesame oil
  10. 1 tbsp. cooking oil
  11. Stir fry beef until done. Mix in noodles and:
  12. 2 tbsp. dark soy
  13. 1/2 tsp. sugar
  14. Stir fry another minute and enjoy your veggie-void lo mein
