Lemon Chiffon Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ready pie crust(you could make it from scratch, but I was scared!)
- 14 oz. sweet condensed milk (I use the fat-free kind)
- 2 cups sour cream (I think it sounds disgusting, but her mom recommended it and it didn't taste too bad. I used fat-free)
- 2 tbsp powdered pre-sweetened lemonade mix (I was lazy. I think I used maybe Kool-aide?)
- 4 drops yellow food coloring (if you really care if it looks like lemons)
- 8 oz. whipped topping (I used Cool Whip Free)
DIRECTIONS
- Prep the pie crust like the directions say, or how you would if you made it from scratch.
- Combine the milk, sour cream, lemonade mix and food coloring in large bowl and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped topping carefully until well blended.
- Spoon into the crust and refridgerate for 2+ hours.
