Leftover Chicken Soup Open Faced Sandwiches

  • Leftover Chicken Soup (See Linda Williamson's Chicken Soup or Barb Fankhauser's Chicken Soup)
  • Saltine Crackers
  • 2 pieces of white bread
  • Butter or Margarin
  1. W/a slotted spoon take out 2 scoops of veggies and noodles
  2. Add 2-3 TBS broth and heat in micro/ stove
  3. While its heating put bread on plate and butter them
  4. After soups heated crumble crackers into soup 'till thick
  5. Glob soup mix on to each slice of bread
Just another concoction to use for leftovers :)
