INGREDIENTS
  • 8 cups riced potatoes
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook rice and potatoes
  2. Add butter, cream, sugar, and salt
  3. Let cool.
  4. Add flour to potato mixture
  5. Roll thin on a floured cloth and bake on a griddle until golden brown
