Lavone's Pumpkin Ice Cream Desert

- 2 cups graham cracker crumb
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 T. Brown sugar
- 1/2 gallon ice cream
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 2 t. Pumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS
- Mix crumbs,butter and brown sugar, reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture. Press remaining crumbs in 9 x 13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Place in freezer. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving.
