Lassi
INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of ice or keep chilled in the fridge
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin powder to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. In A bowl, add the water, yogurt, salt, cumin powder and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  2. 2. Either keep in the drink in the fridge to cool or add the ice cubes.
  3. 2. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
RECIPE BACKSTORY
Here in the Caribbean it is extremely hot and whenever I need to cool down this is my go to. It is so quick and easy to make, requires minimum effort but still has a great output! This drink is not something that you would typically see being served yet it is amazing! I would highly recommend that you try it out.
