LEMON CAKE
INGREDIENTS
  • Cake:
  • 1 box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 small box instant lemon pudding
  • 3/4 C veg oil
  • 3/4 C whole organic milk or almond milk sweetened
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • Glaze:
  • 2 Cups powdered sugar
  • 2 TBS melted butter
  • 2 TBS water
  • 1/3 C "Real Lemon" lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat eggs in a bowl
  2. Add cake mix, lemon pudding, oil and milk to eggs. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour batter in a greased 9x13 pan
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350.F
  5. When the cake is done, take it out of the oven and immediately use a fork to poke holes in it. Then pour the glaze over.
  6. Glaze:
  7. Melt butter
  8. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice and water and mix with a fork.
  9. Pour glaze over warm cake
