Joey Roast Beef
  • Beef Roast {rump preferred}
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 package of onion soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 package baby carrots
  1. Put Roast in pan. Add cream soups and chicken broth first. Sprinkle onion soup package on top of roast. Add carrots. Cover with tin foil and cook at 350 for about 1/2 hr to the pound. Uncover for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
  2. Enjoy {Mr. Joey likes to serve over egg noodles for an extra splash}
