DIRECTIONS
  1. Great snack when you are craving fruit .Peel and cut Jicama in slices sprinkle with cinnamon (cinnamon is supposedly great for reducing cholesterol ) and enjoy. Tastes a bit like apple and cinnamon but takes a lot longer to eat as Jicama is more fibrous. Sometimes have some yogurt with it (separately)
