Jell-o Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups Graham wafer crumbs (20 squares or 3/4 of a box)
- 1/2 cup Melted butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2-3 oz. (or one 6-oz) box(es) of Jell-o (recommend lemon or pineapple or peach)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk.
- 1 large pkg Dream Whip
DIRECTIONS
- Cream the graham wafer crumbs, melted butter and lemon juice together to form a crumb crust.
- Reserve about 1/3 of the mixture for the topping.
- Press the 2/3 into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix the jello and water until dissolved.
- Set aside to cool.
- Cream the cream cheese and white sugar together very well.
- Whip evaporated milk with beaters. Add cream cheese and Jell-o mixtures and mix well.
- Pour over crumb crust. Refrigerate to set.
- Mix dream whip as per package instructions.
- Spread over set ingredients in pan. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
- Keep refrigerated.
