Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • Chopped 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 chicken tenders, chopped into pieces
  • 32 oz's chicken broth
  • handful of spaghetti noodles broken into smaller pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Parsley
  1. Put a splash of olive oil in the Instant Pot on saute added carrots and celery, salt, pepper and dried parsley for a few minutes.
  2. Than added 2 chicken tenders chopped into chunks, saute for a few minutes.
  3. Turn off Instant Pot add spaghetti noodles broken into 1 inch pieces add 32 ozs of chicken broth.
  4. Put lid on and pressure for 8 minutes. Let NPR for a few minutes.
