Iced Berries in Warm White Chocolate Cream

  • 4 cups mixed berries, frozen
  • 1 c white chocolate chips
  • 2 c heavy cream
  1. Place berries in freezer baggie and freeze for 24 hrs.
  2. Put the white chocolate chips and cream in a glass bowl.
  3. Set the bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  4. Stir until combined and smooth.
  5. Place the berries in a tall glass.
  6. Pour desired amount of cream mixture over the berries.
  7. Serve at once.
A quick mid week special but easy dessert!
