• 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 pkg. (250 gr) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp. Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • Shaved chocolate
  1. Combine crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of a 9” greased springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in sugar and flour. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 3/4 cup Irish Cream and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 200 and bake an additional 50 minutes or until set. Cool; chill at least 2 hours.
  4. Just before serving combine whipping cream and 1 tbsp. Irish Cream, whip until stiff. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
I love this cheesecake. If you like Irish Cream you sure can taste it in the cheesecake.
