INGREDIENTS
- 7 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/8 C. Quaker quick oatmeal
- 1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
- 3 1/2 C. corn meal
- l C. wheat bran
- 3/4 C. granulated sugar
- 2 C. finely chopped pecans
- 5 3/4 T. baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/3 T. dry malt
- 1 3/4 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store in an airtight container.
- To use, add milk/water to desired consistency
