  • 4 Tablespoons Hummus
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

  4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes (or until golden brown). Cool on drying rack and eat right away.
  5. If you want to make your own Zatar (seasoning):
  6. 1 1/2 Tbsp sumac
  7. 1 Tbsp thyme
  8. 1 Tbsp oregano
  9. 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  10. 1 tsp Kosher salt
  11. 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  12. Place all ingredients in a jar and shake. Can store up to 6 months.
These are really crunchy if you bake them. A nice alternative to chips. They taste great right from the oven. Eat them right away!
