Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 15-20
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 CUP Mozarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 to 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed out
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Place in a shallow casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
