Honey Glazed Veggies
  • 8 oz of frozen vegetables
  • 2 ts honey
  • 2 ts butter
  • 1 1/2 ts lemon juice
  1. In a dish microwave all on high until butter melts. Microwave about 15-30 seconds. Toss cooked veggies with glaze.

  3. I found with a 16oz bag of vegetables (frozen) that the recipe needed doubling for just a touch of honey taste. If more flavor is desired, try tripling the recipe.
