Homemade Lemonade
  • 250g Sugar
  • 225ml water, plus about 1.5 litres to top up before serving
  • 4 Lemons, juice
  • 2 oranges, juice
  1. To make the syrup, dissolve the sugar in a saucepan with the water, bring slowly to the boil and cook for 2-minutes, stirring to dissolve the sugar - leave to cool. Sweeten the fruit juice with the syrup and top-up with water and ice before serving.
