Homemade Chocolate Pudding

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small sauce pan combine sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Add milk stir until smooth.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes longer or until thickened.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Cook and stir until melted.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  8. Serve warm or chilled.
