Healthy Cake
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 1/2 c. nonfat powdered milk
  • 2 2/3 c. raw oatmeal
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves, ground
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 2 1/2 c. unsweeteded applesauce
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a

  3. Add applesauce and mix well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and combine.
  5. Pour batter into a bundt pan, coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
  7. Cool 10 minutes before removing form pan

This recipe was given to me from a lady I go to church with. We were trying to lose weight and she brought this cake to a ladies night..served with yagurt or light cool whip makes a tasty snack..
