Hawaiian Wedding Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • Yellow cake mix
  • Small can of crushed pineapple, juice and all.
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 scant cup of milk
  • 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare yellow cake mix as directed.
  2. Bake in a 9" x 13" pan. Cool slightly.
  3. Punch holes with a fork and cover with a small can of crushed pineapple, juice and all.
  4. Mix 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 1 small package instant vanilla pudding, and 1 scant cup of milk. Then add a 8 oz. container of Cool Whip.
  5. Put this on top of the pineapple and sprinkle with coconut.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
