Hash Brown Potato Casserole

  • 2C shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of Chicken soup
  • 1C sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter Melted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (32 OZ.) pkg. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1Tbsp. melted butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Grease 13x9 inch baking dish. In large mixing bowl combine Cheese, soup, sour cream, onion butter, salt and pepper. Mix well. Fold in hash brown potatoes. Pour into baking dish. Toss corn flakes and 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle over potatoe mixture. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
