Ground Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T garlic/peper/salt (or sub your favaorite)
  • 1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumps(you could use plain if you prefer)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients togetter,
  2. Shape into balls makes 48
  3. Bake on a foil line cookie sheet at 350 for 45 min.
  4. Remove from cookie sheet and package acrroding to desire amount.
  5. These are a dry meat ball and best use in making spagetti.
  6. Or if I serve them alone I'd reheat them in some BBQ Sauce.
