Grilled Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS
  • For every 2 to 2 1/2 lbs or flank steak combine:
  • 1 t. ground ginger
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • Then add:
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Grill the steak over a medium grill, until the meat thermometer probe indicates a temp of 135/140. (Obviously the amount of time changes with the thickness of the meat.
  2. Turn several times and start checking the temperature after 10 minutes.)
