Grilled Asparagus
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Rinse the asparagus and slice off any white ends if necessary.
  3. Toss the asparagus into a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until the asparagus is evenly coated.
  4. Use tongs to place the asparagus onto the grill grate. Grill for 7 minutes, rolling the asparagus over halfway through. Remove when the spears are slightly charred. Serve immediately.
