Greek Rib-Eyes

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 rib eye steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped black olives
  • Steak Coating
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine seasonings and rub on both sides of beef. In nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat till hot.
  2. Cook steaks in skillet, turning once for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and place on serving plate and top with cheese and olives. Serves 2.
