Grandma Lilly's Chicken and Rice Bake
  • 1 chicken cut up
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 pkg. Onion Soup mix
  • 1 bag frozen peas, cooked
  1. Oil lasagna pan spread rice on bottom of pan. Place chicken in pan. Mix cream soup and water, pour over chicken.
  2. Mix onion soup in pouch to combine onions with mix and sprinkle over chicken. Bake covered for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
  3. at 350 degrees. Once done I like to mix a bag of cooked frozen peas in.
