Grandma Lilly's Chicken and Rice Bake

INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken cut up
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 pkg. Onion Soup mix
- 1 bag frozen peas, cooked
DIRECTIONS
- Oil lasagna pan spread rice on bottom of pan. Place chicken in pan. Mix cream soup and water, pour over chicken.
- Mix onion soup in pouch to combine onions with mix and sprinkle over chicken. Bake covered for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
- at 350 degrees. Once done I like to mix a bag of cooked frozen peas in.
