Gingersnaps
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10
- 1 1/2cups crisco
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cloves
- 2tsp ginger
DIRECTIONS
- Mix well and roll into balls.
- Dip in sugar & place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10min.
- Remove from oven and place cookies on wax paper to cool. Enjoy!
