Garlic Sautéed Radishes

- 1 bunch radishes, ends trimmed and sliced every 2 cm
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt, or more, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. pepper, or more, to taste
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced (or 1 garlic scape, chopped)
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat up olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add the radishes, salt and pepper and sautéed 5-10 minutes, until radishes are tender with a hint of crispness left. Add the garlic and sautéed another 30 seconds while mixing. Turn off heat, add a bit of cilantro (optional), adjust the seasoning to taste (salt and pepper) and serve!
