Garlic Butter Roasted Potatoes
  • 2 baking potatoes, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • water
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  1. Place potatoes in sauce pan. Cover with water. Add salt. Boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Place in baking dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Mix butter, parsley and garlic. Pour on top of poatoes. Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes, until golden.
