GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS AND DIPS

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned, cut into 1 x 1 1/2” pieces
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix egg, water, salt, sesame seeds and flour. Dip chicken into batter, drain.
  2. Pour oil into a heavy deep fryer, filling no more than 1/3 full.
  3. Heat to 375 degrees.
  4. Carefully add chicken, 1 layer at a time; fry 3 to 5 minutes or until golden.
  5. Drain
