GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS AND DIPS

INGREDIENTS
- 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned, cut into 1 x 1 1/2” pieces
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup flour
- oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix egg, water, salt, sesame seeds and flour. Dip chicken into batter, drain.
- Pour oil into a heavy deep fryer, filling no more than 1/3 full.
- Heat to 375 degrees.
- Carefully add chicken, 1 layer at a time; fry 3 to 5 minutes or until golden.
