Fudge Frosted Brownies

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 (1 oz. each) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite nuts
  • Fudge Frosting (see recipe)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add the eggs and beat thoroughly.
  2. Blend in melted unsweetened chocolate and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour and nuts. Pour batter into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes.
  5. Press lightly around edges with a glass jar to level off.
  6. Frost top of brownies with Fudge Frosting.
