INGREDIENTS
- 900g Butter
- 240g Golden syrup
- 1800g Porridge oats
- 900g Flour
- 1800g Demerera Sugar
DIRECTIONS
- METHOD:
- 1. Melt butter and golden syrup together
- 2. Stir in demerera sugar and then flour, cool out
- 3. Add porridge oats and pour into moulds and leave to set
- 4. cut and eat
