Fajita Seasoning Mix

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2-1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 1-1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all of the ingredients and pour into small glass jar with screw on lid. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dry place.
  2. Makes the equivalent of 3 packets of purchased Fajita Seasoning Mix.
