FRUIT SALAD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
- 1cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2cup heavy cream, not whipped
- Cook all, except the cream, until thick.
- Cool.
- Add the cream.
DIRECTIONS
- Makes enough to mix in with approximately 8 cups of mix fruit chunks.
