Escallop Clams

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 small minced clams
  • 2 cups cracker crumbs
  • dash salt and pepper
  • 1 pint warm milk
  • 2 eggs -- beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter -- melted, reserve 2 Tblsp. not melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend together well, milk, eggs, crumbs, melted butter, salt and pepper.
  2. Fold in minced clams with the liquor.
  3. Pour into a greased casserole.
  4. Dot with remaining 2 Tblsp. butter.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
