Ellen’s Yoghourt Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 part yoghourt
  • 1 part pureed fruit
  • 1/2 part sugar as fruit (if fruit is fresh)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Freeze as for ice cream or in freezer trays.
  2. Stir twice while freezing.

Good made with canned applesauce (if really goopy, let drain), with apricot, banana, strawberries.
