Elaine Mazur's Christmas Fudge

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 5#
- 1 tall can carnation milk
- 4 1/2 Cups white sugar
- 1/2 LB soft butter
- 1 TBS vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1 pint marshmallow cream
- 3 pkgs 18 oz chocolate chips (I like to add at least 1 pkg dark choco chips. Try other chips too like peanut butter, butterscotch ect )
- 2 cups finely chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
- Bring milk and sugar to a boil then boil for 10 mins
- Remove from heat
- Then add remaining ingredients one at a time
- Stir well after each ingredient
- Pour into greased pan
- As it starts to thicken cut into small squares
