Egg Salad

INGREDIENTS
- one dozen eggs
- 3Tbs mayonaise
- 1 1/2 Tbs. mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Boil eggs until done.
- Cut eggs in half.
- Separate yolks from eggs, set aside eggs.
- Then mash yolks in a bowl add mayonaise and mustard and stir together.
- Then cut up eggs to small pieces add to egg yolk mix.
- You can serve as a sandwich or spread on crackers.
