Egg Roll Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 5
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple -- drained
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 can apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Put in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

This is a very good sauce for egg rolls and keeps well in the refrigerator.
