Easy French Toast
  • 1 loaf Cinnamon-Rasin Bread
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • splash of sweet milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • non-stick spray
  • powdered sugar
  • maple syrup
  1. Heat skillet on medium heat. Slice bread into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix eggs, milk and sugar. Dip bread slice into egg mixture, coating both sides. Place in skillet sprayed with non stick spray. Brown both sides. Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled on top and syrup on the side.
