Eagle Lake Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 cup rolled oats (quick cook)
- medium bag of coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Mix in the order given and bake 10 minutes at 350° F.
