Drunken Chicken
  • 2 to 5 pounds of skinless Chicken
  • 1/2 bottle of beer
  • Dark Soy Sauce
  • Kosher Salt
  • 9x11 glass cooking dish
  1. Cut the chicken up into 3 to 4 inch pieces. Lay into dish. It is okay to lay the pieces on top of one another. Sprinkle with a little Kosher Salt. Pour Dark Soy Sauce over Chicken. Pour in the 1/2 bottle of beer. What you do with the rest is up to you.
  2. Put in the oven at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is a nice dark brown.
  3. You can also add potatoes, carrots, celery. They will all absorb the flavors and taste great.
We usually cook with wine. On Friday night we went to grab the wine bottle and didn't have any. So, we grabbed a bottle of beer and our guests commented on how good the dish was.
