Dinner Rolls

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups warm water
  • 8 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. fast rise yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 7-8 cups flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix yeast with 4 cups flour.
  2. In another bowl mix eggs, sugar, oil & water. Add yeast mixture.
  3. Blend well and add remaining flour & salt.
  4. Let rise 15 minutes; punch down.
  5. Let rise another 15 minutes; punch down.
  6. Make rolls. Let rise 1 hour.
  7. Bake @ 350 until golden brown.
