Delmonico Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30 min in a 325 degree oven
- Servings: 4-6 people
- Preparation Time: 30 min
- 2 cups cold cooked potatoes, chopped into fine pieces
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1/4 grated cheese (American)
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Put potato pieces into a pie plate. Salt & pepper to taste. Add cream and mix thoroughly. Cover with cheese, which should form a golden crust. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
