Crockpot Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 4
  • Servings: 6
  • Preparation Time: 15 MINS
  • 1 Package (about 18 oz) Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Semisweet Choc Chips
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pkg (4 serving) Instant Choc Pudding
DIRECTIONS
  1. I used a round crockpot to get a cake shape but any crockpot works.
  2. Coat Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, don't over beat.
  4. Transfer to Crock-Pot
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3.5-4 hours or high for 1 1/2 hours.
