Crockpot Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS

- Preparation Time: 15 MINS
- 1 Package (about 18 oz) Chocolate Cake Mix
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 cup Semisweet Choc Chips
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 pkg (4 serving) Instant Choc Pudding
DIRECTIONS
- I used a round crockpot to get a cake shape but any crockpot works.
- Coat Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, don't over beat.
- Transfer to Crock-Pot
- Cover and cook on low for 3.5-4 hours or high for 1 1/2 hours.
