Crock Pot Pecan Squash Casserole
INGREDIENTS
  • 5 c. yellow squash, sliced, cooked & mashed
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 cup pecan meal
  • 2 egg
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredents and place in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
