Crescent Roll Beef Casserole
  • Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
  • Servings: 6- 8
  • 1 package Crescent rolls
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • paprika, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream(take out ahead of time.Cold sour cream will separate if added hot beef)
  • 6 slices cheese
  1. Spread crescent rolls in 9 X 13 pan
  2. Brown ground beef with the onion
  3. Pour off beef grease
  4. Add paprika, salt, pepper, mushrooms and sour cream
  5. Stir and put mixture on top of crescent rolls
  6. Lay cheese slices on the top of the mixture
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
