Crescent Roll Beef Casserole

- Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes

- 1 package Crescent rolls
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- paprika, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream(take out ahead of time.Cold sour cream will separate if added hot beef)
- 6 slices cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Spread crescent rolls in 9 X 13 pan
- Brown ground beef with the onion
- Pour off beef grease
- Add paprika, salt, pepper, mushrooms and sour cream
- Stir and put mixture on top of crescent rolls
- Lay cheese slices on the top of the mixture
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
