Creole White Bean Soup
INGREDIENTS

- 4 cans navy beans w/bacon
- 2 tbsp . buttercup yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup bell pepper (chopped)
- 1-1/2 lb. smoked sausage (cubed)
- 1 8 oz. can tomato juice
- 1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes
- Tony's
- 1 qt. water
DIRECTIONS
- Sauté onions, celery & bell pepper until wilted . Add cubed
- sausage ,Ro-Tel, & Tomato juice .Simmer 25 minutes the add
- water, Tony's .
- Continue simmering until beans are done .
