Creamy Corn
  • Cooking Time: 20 minutes

  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • Bag of frozen corn ( 5 serving)
  • Brick of cream cheese, cut in cubes
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt, OR
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt can replace both salt and garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a microwave safe bowl, place corn and butter. Microwave for 2 minutes, mixing after 1 minute.
  2. Add cream cheese. Microwave for 1 more minute. Stir in the milk. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes. Stir to mix thoroughly before serving.
Cream corn is one of those dishes that dresses up special events, but feels just as comfortable at the everyday table. A favorite at our table.
